Remodel with rear addition

Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC

A Del Ray project that doubled the size of the house. We built a two-level addition off the rear, then took the rest of the home from start to finish: framing, windows, exterior deck, fence, a new HVAC system, plumbing, and hardwood flooring throughout.

A brand new build. The existing home was demolished and a new house built from the ground up on the same lot.

What we do

One contractor, every trade

Most general contractors sub out mechanical work and lose weeks waiting on someone else's schedule. We hold the HVAC, plumbing and gas fitter licenses ourselves.

01

Whole-home renovation

Studs-out rebuilds and top-to-bottom updates, including houses being prepped for sale or brought back after long vacancy.

02

Kitchens

Layout changes, cabinetry, stone counters, appliance and lighting packages. Gas and water lines moved in-house.

03

Bathrooms

Full tear-outs, tile, custom vanities, and rough plumbing corrected properly instead of worked around.

04

Additions & basements

Added square footage, finished basements and in-law suites, permitted and inspected under our Class A license.

05

Exteriors

Siding, roofing, windows, doors, porches, stone and concrete. Curb appeal that also keeps water out of the house.

06

HVAC, plumbing & gas

System replacements, repipes and gas line work. Licensed for all three, whether it's part of a renovation or a standalone job.

How a job runs

You'll know what happens next

The worst part of hiring a contractor is not knowing where things stand. Here's the whole sequence, start to finish.

Walkthrough

We come out, look at the actual conditions, and talk through what you want. No charge, no pressure.

Written estimate

You get a line-item scope and price in writing, with materials named. If something's likely to turn up behind a wall, we say so up front.

Schedule & permits

We pull the permits and give you a start date and a realistic finish window before anyone swings a hammer.

Build & walkthrough

You get updates as we go and a punch-list walkthrough at the end. Nothing's closed out until you've signed off.
